This Week's Goal

I am going to make my food at home and not eat out at least until Friday. I will use up the food here, too. There is one day that this will be potentially difficult as I have an unusual morning engagement and will be away from home longer than usual (and God forbid I miss a meal!), but I will see about packing the fridge into my trunk or something.

    I usually take a pack of lance crackers with me if I have to go a long time without food. It helps.

    I hate going to the store, spending over $200 and then the family wants to go out to eat.
    I am trying to quit buying junk food. It only lasts a day or two, and we don't need it anyway.

    Apple, bag of carrot sticks, saltines, small jar of peanut butter gets me through. I'm trying to wean myself off of clif/odwalla bars, but those can be good for filling in.

    For some reason, I have to eat every two hours, such as a small snack, or I become ravenous and all out of sorts. Last weekend I had a houseguest and every two hours when I went to the kitchen for my snack, I offered her one as well and she never accepted while I was busy eating popcorn and oranges.
